CHEF DAN'S COOKING  

  A blend of classical French cuisine and traditional Southern cooking.  It combines light airy textures with  familiar tastes and techniques from the South.

 Born in Mississippi and later moving to the Hawaiian islands, Chef Dan graduated from the Gros Bonnet school of Culinary Arts in Honolulu, Hawaii.

He has dedicated his career to providing all who share the love of cooking, not only the absolute best recipes, but to help even beginner cook learn the fundamentals of great cooking.
